Dr. Jeffrey Hoffsommer

I grew up on a farm near Hillsdale and graduated from Kremlin-Hillsdale High School in 1978. After earning by bachelor’s degree from Oklahoma State University I attended the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine, graduating in 1987. I completed a residency in Family Medicine at St. Joseph’s Medical Center in Wichita in 1990. I practiced family medicine in Okeene for 4 years and spent the next 23 years with Integris as an emergency physician. I returned to family medicine in 2018 at GSP.
