Destiny Moving Letter

Dear Patients,

It is with mixed emotions that I write to inform you that, over the next couple of months, I will be transitioning from Family Medicine to our Psychiatric team at GSP Health. It has truly been a pleasure getting to know you and having the opportunity to care for you. I am grateful for the trust you have placed in me and for the relationships we have built while working together to support your health and well-being.

For those of you whom I currently treat for mental health concerns, I would be happy to continue providing your care in my new role with GSP Health. For patients whose care will transition to another Family Medicine provider, please know that GSP Health has several wonderful providers who would be happy to assume your care. Our team remains committed to making this transition as smooth as possible and ensuring that you continue to receive the quality, compassionate care you deserve.
